According to Sources Jay Z Shawn Carter low end Attorney Kenneth L. Winters stated the New Jersey Appellant Judges were too Stupid to write an opinion regarding Carter's fraud and paternity suit, so he wrote it for them. After all he boast that they paid good money for it.
