Rymir Satterthwaite Says, "Court Orders Obtain By fraud Cannot Be Enforced - We Will Win"

Rymir Satterthwaite and other parties feel positive about their court cases regarding fraud and fraud upon the court involving Jay Z.

If a court does not search for the truth, or conduct a discovery regarding evidence such as property deeds and tax records then this could be a procedural problem.

Fraud on the court occurs when the judicial machinery itself has been tainted by misrepresentations to the court. (See details - https://shorturl.at/oyzAT

The court has obligation to search for the truth and if it does not, this does not change the truth if fraud really exist. The simple thing to do when there are allegations of any kind is to review the evidence.

According to U.S. Supreme Court ref. (Williamson v. Berry) each time a party uses an court order allegedly obtained by fraud, it then can be challenge and not enforced based on no full, faith and credit. Keeping in mind, fraud is still fraud even when it is not reversed or challenged.

Also, According to New Jersey Law an Appellant Division ruling - A judgment obtained in violation of fraud and procedural due process is not entitled to full faith and credit as in the Arnold White & Durkee, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. Gotcha Covered, Inc, and Stripbind, Inc., Defendants-Respondents, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, August 10, 1998. However, with Rymir cases below this same principle does not appeared to have been applied.

Both The Sun and Daily Mail have provided multiple links of files and public court transcripts on line demonstrating that a deeper probe should always been done with allegations.

Records with allegations of fraud according to some states and federal law code 18 U.S. § 1017 can not be sealed in order to promote integrity of the courts in America.

Rymir has stated although his paternity issue is important his constitutional rights in the court are even more important. See history here:
